All services quoted above are only estimates. Estimates are based on average density and needs of the client. Additional charges may apply to thick hair or extra demands. We do not offer returns or refunds for any services provided at our salon. This includes haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and any other services. Once the service has been completed, we cannot undo the work or provide a refund. If a client is not fully satisfied with their service, we are happy to work with them to make adjustments or rebook an appointment to try a different style or treatment. However, there will be no refunds issued. Clients are responsible for communicating their desired look and any special needs or concerns prior to the service being performed. We will do our best to achieve the client’s desired outcome, but cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction. In respect to cancellations, we kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance to your appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled within this timeframe and are missed by the client will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your appointment’s services.
